How does the special physiotherapy offer work?
Our current offer gives you access to discounted physiotherapy depending on your cover.
Patients with eligible private health insurance can receive a GAP FREE initial physiotherapy consultation, while private patients without cover receive 20% off their initial consultation and 10% off follow-up appointments.
Once you submit the form, our team will confirm your eligibility and book you in.
No referral is required if you are attending as a private patient. You can book directly with Revive Physiotherapy.
A referral is only needed for specific cases such as Medicare plans, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, or DVA claims.
I have a specific condition or injury, how do I know if physiotherapy is right for me?
Our physiotherapists treat a wide range of injuries and conditions, from everyday aches and pains to sports and work-related injuries.
When you submit the form, our team will ensure you are booked with a physiotherapist best suited to your condition. If needed, we will consult our clinical team to make sure we can support your recovery.
You don’t need to bring anything specific to attend your first appointment. If you have recent imaging or referral letters, you’re welcome to bring them along, but they’re not essential.
